Creative Ventures

Venture Thinking has developed a number of projects to inspire student imagination and creativity.  This a small selection of projects.

Talent Shop

Working with the Ideas Foundation, University of Arts, London College of Communication and Newham Centre for Innovation and Partnerships, Venture Thinking developed a summer school programme using live briefs set by the National Maritime Museum.  The project has subsequently developed into the annual Creative Media Camp.   The pilot project was funded by London Gifted and Talented and The ESF Cutting It programme.

Space Adventures

Working with the Ideas Foundation, Warners Bros and Central St. Martins, students created an animation entitled Our Space.

Lines of Sight

A project working alongside Michael Cockerham, Little Ilford School and Newham 14-19 team students were set a brief by London Borough of Greenwich to create a book illustrating the change and transition happening in Greenwich.  The final product is a fantastic coffee table book.

Building Imagination

Working with the Stratford City Education Partnership, students from Little Ilford School created promotional resources for a live brief.  The programme was documented as a case study for other schools to replicate.
